Who we are
Hi, my name is Dominic. I started North40 LLC in the spring of 2024. I have worn many hats throughout my life and have worked alongside many great people during those journeys. Those jobs ranged from carpenter to agronomy to the ethanol industry.
I have found that this is by far my favorite adventure so far. I’ve found that I look forward to seeing and chatting with customers. The employees that have helped me start, started as strangers and they have become friends that I look forward to seeing each day.
The main services we provide are mowing, spring and fall clean-ups, and general property clean-ups.
Some of my favorite projects have been reclaiming buildings on old farm steads from trees, and beautification of shorelines. It’s amazing to see what transformations can be accomplished with a bit of sweat.
